No. The Zen Advisor Suite is a fully managed platform. During onboarding, your marketing team provides their Google Tag Manager container ID and approved event names. We configure tracking inside the Suite and test every conversion event before launch. They never need access to the platform.
Never. Personal financial details — income, assets, debt, investable amounts — are never transmitted to advertising platforms. Only approved conversion signals are sent, such as "seminar attended," "consultation booked," or "worksheet completed." Private financial information stays in the advisor dashboard only.
Each registered attendee receives a unique QR code in their confirmation email. At the door, a staff member scans it. Check-in is logged instantly in the advisor dashboard, the marketing team receives a conversion signal, and post-event follow-up sequences trigger automatically based on attendance status.
