Who receives our texts, and why
We text people who call Zen Front Desk (our main line is (832) 900-3600) and ask us to send them information. Texts come only from Zen Front Desk's own phone numbers. Typical messages are:
- A link to the web page they asked about (our product pages, demo videos and pricing)
- A link to our signup page when they are ready to get started
- A link to our partner (referral) program page, when they ask for it
- Confirmations and reminders for discovery calls they booked with us
We only text a number after the person agrees on the call or on our website. We do not buy, rent or share phone lists.
How people opt in
1. On a phone call (verbal consent)
Callers speak with Ava, the Zen Front Desk AI receptionist. Before sending any text, Ava asks for permission and gives the disclosures below. A text is sent only if the caller says yes. Every call is recorded and transcribed, so each consent is kept on file with the date, time and phone number.
"Would you like me to text you the link so you can see the demo and pricing?"
"Great. Zen Front Desk will text that link to this number. Message and data rates may apply, and you can reply STOP at any time to opt out. Is this the best mobile number to send it to?"
2. On our website
The "Start Your Setup" form on the zenfrontdesk.com home page includes this checkbox. It is optional, not checked by default, and agreeing to texts is not required to buy any product.
(Optional) I agree to receive text messages from Zen Front Desk at the phone number provided, including account setup updates and account notifications. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out, HELP for help. See our Privacy Policy and Terms of Service.
Message frequency and rates
Message frequency varies. Most people receive 1 to 5 messages per request or account setup, plus appointment reminders if they book. Message and data rates may apply.
